Stayed at this hotel over the weekend and wished we could have stayed longer! From the moment we entered to the moment we left, we experienced wonderful courtesy and professionalism from the staff. We had dinner in the bar and it was both tasty & mouth watering. Breakfast the following morning was totally self service with an exceptional display of both hot and cold food. Bedroom was spacious, warm and comfortable and totally soundproof! We expected some noise being at an airport hotel, but we slept soundly. Shower was a powerful traditional one but with the added bonus of a monsoon and plenty of toiletries were provided. BIG shoutout to Jason who made our stay so memorable. He was present at both meals and ran the bar and restaurant with courtesy, effectiveness and humour! What an asset to your company! We can’t wait to return :)

The hotel is opposite the airport, I could see it when I came out of the airport, there were clear signs pointing you in the right direction to walk to it. The room was large and clean, everything was there that I needed, the only slight downside was that it was cold and I couldn't figure out if I could change the temperature in the room, I gave up because it was late, on inspection in the morning I found a radiator, however it was behind a cover. The staff we really helpful and allowed me to check out slightly later than stated on the booking for no extra cost, which I really appreciated.

Great place to stay if you have an early morning flight out. Just walk across the parking lot to the airport terminal. We checked in the afternoon after returning our rental car to the airport. Spent the rest of the afternoon and evening at the hotel recouping from our vacation in our comfortable, quiet room. We had a great dinner in the bar area...nice, cozy atmosphere and attentive service. The next morning, we had a wonderful breakfast w/good coffee. There was a hot buffet, cereals, breads, fruits but could also custom order from the kitchen.

The location is a two minute walk from Shannon International Airport. The rooms were clean and of adequate size. The breakfast room and the maître d‘ service was impeccable. The chef made me a cheese and ham omelette, which was perfectly prepared. The other little dining area has a pub and was quite comfortable and warm. The food was outstanding. The roast of the day was beef. The roast and the potatoes and the mixed vegetables were all served very hot, which is the way I like it!

We were both a little sick whe we arrived and it was just so nice to get have a comfortable bed and a clean room. WE WERE REALLY surprised by how nice the breakfast. There was a vast number of choices for the meal and coffee choices as well that guests could get for themselves by pushing a button! I highly recommend this Radisson . We stayed overnight there to be close to the Shannin airport, But I could see someone staying there upon arrival to Shannon, maybe ever for a couple.
